His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cybersecurity for the UAE government, and His Excellency Hazza Al Qahtani, UAE Ambassador to Rwanda, met with Colonel David Kanamugire, CEO of Rwanda’s National Cybersecurity Authority. The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between the UAE Cybersecurity Council and Rwanda’s National Cybersecurity Authority.
