You can apply for an electronic Return Document through MoFA’s website or the UAE MOFA smart application using UAE PASS to facilitate your return to the UAE. If your passport is lost, report the loss to the local police and obtain a copy of the police report.

Visit the Issue a Return Document service page for application procedures and required documents.

Guinean nationals holding ordinary passports must obtain a visa before traveling to the UAE. Requirements may differ according to passport type and individual circumstances. Before making travel arrangements, check MoFA’s UAE visa requirements and confirm the applicable requirements with your airline.

UAE embassies do not issue tourist visas. Applications can be arranged through UAE-based airlines, licensed travel agencies, or hotels in the UAE, subject to their requirements and approval by the relevant immigration authority.

For further information, visit the UAE Government’s Tourist Visa page.

Travelers should check the Emirates Drug Establishment’s requirements before bringing medication into the UAE, particularly narcotic or controlled medicines. Carry the relevant prescription and medical report, and observe the permitted quantities.

For guidance on supporting documents and the optional advance approval service for travelers, visit Issue of Permit to Import Medicines for Personal Use.

Driving requirements depend on the country that issued your license and your visitor or residency status. Before driving or renting a vehicle, confirm whether your national driving license is recognized or whether you also need an International Driving Permit. Check the applicable requirements with the relevant UAE traffic authority and your rental company, including insurance coverage.

For information on driving license recognition and exchange in Dubai, visit the Roads and Transport Authority.

The procedure depends on the document type and where it was issued. Contact the Embassy to confirm the applicable requirements and any attestations needed from the relevant Guinean authorities before submitting your documents.

For service information and application channels, visit MoFA’s Document Attestation page.
