- In an effort to advance cultural cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Guinea, the country's ambassador to Conakry met in early January 2019 with the Guinean Minister of Culture, where the ambassador extended an invitation to His Excellency the Minister to participate in the celebrations of the title of "Sharjah World Book Capital 2019 AD" and invited Guinea to participate in Expo events 2020 Dubai.
- It is also noteworthy that the ambassador attended in April 2019 the opening ceremony of the "Professor Gabriel Tamsir Nyan" library in Conakry, and his Excellency also attended in October 2019 the launching ceremony of the participation of the Republic of Guinea in the Expo 2020 Dubai, and his presence in December 2019 the ceremony held by the Department of Arabic Language and Civilization at the University Sonphonia celebrates the International Day of the Arabic Language.
