His Excellency Ahmed Almenhali, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, organized a cultural event in the framework of the initiative of the “ Year of Tolerance 2019”. Many representatives of the Jewish, Christian and Muslim religions attended to this event, as well as of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of the Interior, diplomats, professors and students of prestigious Mexican universities. During the event, H.E. Ambassador Almenhali highlighted the roll of the UAE in promoting the tolerance and coexistence principles and mentioned all the achievements received by this initiative such as the historical visit of Pope Francisco and the Project of the Ibrahim House. In this regard, H.E. Ambassador listened to the religious representatives’ participation and gave a copy of the “Abu Dhabi Declaration for Human Fraternity”.
