EDGE Group announced the signing of an agreement with Spain’s EM&E Group to explore the establishment of a joint venture in the United Arab Emirates, supported by an estimated commercial opportunity pipeline valued at approximately USD 1.5 billion.
The partnership focuses on the development and production of advanced remotely operated weapon systems to meet the requirements of the UAE and priority international markets. It also aims to lay the foundation for the joint development of next-generation defense systems and strengthen advanced, value-added industrial capabilities within the UAE, supporting the country’s objectives of industrial localization and technology transfer in the defense sector.
