The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Romania participated in the UAE-Romania Strategic Bridge Business Forum, organized by the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca (western Romania), in collaboration with partners from the private sector. The forum brought together approximately 200 people, including His Excellency Emil Boc, Mayor of Cluj-Napoca, several prominent government officials, and over 170 business leaders. The aim was to explore investment opportunities in the UAE and enhance prospects for bilateral cooperation.
During the forum, Mr. Hamdan Khalifa Al Marar, Deputy Head of the UAE Mission to Romania, delivered a speech in which he presented the most important investment advantages provided by the UAE, highlighting the competitive economic environment, the advanced infrastructure and the incentives that support the business and trade sector, in addition to the promising opportunities that would raise the level of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries to broader horizons.
