Issue An Establishment Card

About this service

A service for missions accredited to the UAE to request issuing an establishment card upon opening the mission.

Service process

1. Register
   Enter the username and password
2. A new account is created for the mission representative
   New username and password to enable them to apply for the mission’s requests
3. Submit a request
   Fill in all the fields and attach all the required documents
4. A confirmation email
   Reference number
5. Review and approve information from MoFA and send it to the Authority
   The mission receives an email confirming application approval and that the rest of the procedures are being followed up with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security.

Conditions of Use

• A note from the country of residence stating the name of the embassy to be established in both Arabic and English.
• The name of at least one authorized signatory must be entered.
• Conditions for issuing a non-objection letter from MoFA:
  • All individuals mentioned in the non-objection letter for the service (issuing an establishment card) must be “authorized signatories”.
  • The following information shall be added as an identification of the authorized person in the non-objection letter:
    • The name of the authorized signatory in both Arabic and English.
    • The non-objection letter should be valid for 30 days from the date of approval by MoFA.
