President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a congratulatory message to President Sahle-Work Zewde of Ethiopia on the occasion of her country's National Day.
The projects include the construction of four schools comprising 70 classes, libraries, administration offices and laboratories, which will benefit 7,500 students, and a childhood and motherhood hospital that will benefit 100,000 cases annually.
The aid was sent to support Ethiopian families affected by the events taking place in the country, most notably women and children.
The UAE, through the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), has donated a number ambulances to support the healthcare sector in Ethiopia and enhance its related logistics capacities.
The two sides reviewed a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
