Classifications of the services have also been clearly laid out, in addition to simplicity through gradual display of options according to the user's needs.
MoFAIC has embarked on an initiative to establish an infrastructure that is based on the latest technologies, to improve the customer’s experience within a bundle of changes. In this context, H.E. Rashed Nadhar Rahmah, Director of the Information Technology Department at MoFAIC reiterated that the “Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation elaborated an integrated strategy to hone its digital services, as it aimed to design and develop sustainable digital services in partnership with the community, to enhance customer trust and quality of life.”
As a part of MoFAIC’s keenness to provide its customers with the best experience and in preparation to launch the new version of the app, MoFAIC engaged customers in a one-of-a-kind experience, bringing together a group of users from different segments of society in special workshops to experience the user journey in the old version of the application and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement at all stages of development. The team sought to enhance customers’ trust and quality of life by designing digital services that meet the customer’s needs, in line with the highest quality standards and ensure smooth and streamlined access to services.
