His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed expresses condolences to Egyptian President for the victims of the cathedrals' terrorist attacks.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces made a telephone call this evening to President of Egypt Abdel Fatah El-Sisi to offer condolences for the victims of the terrorist attacks on Mar Gergis Church in Tanta City and Saint Mark Cathedral in Alexandria.
During the call, Sheikh Mohamed re-affirmed UAE's support for Egypt and solidarity with the Egyptian people in standing up against those who attempt to undermine the country's security and stability.
Sheikh Mohamed also expressed sympathy and offered condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
He expressed confidence in the Egyptian people's ability to adhere to their national unity and to defeat terrorism and prayed to Allah the Almighty to safeguard the people of Egypt from all evils.
President El-Sisi thanked Sheikh Mohamed and said the Egyptian people are proud of their fraternal relations with the people of the UAE. He also reiterated that all Egyptian people are coming together against terrorism and its sinister schemes against Egypt and the Arab nation.
