HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed meets Minister of International Development and La Francophonie

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with Marie-Claude Bibeau, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie in Canada.

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to boost cooperation and develop bilateral relations to serve the common interests of the two countries as well as exchanging views on a number of regional and international issues of common interest.

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah stressed that the UAE foreign relations and its openness to the countries of the world, support global efforts to promote development initiatives in all developing countries and communities.

The Canadian Minister commended the UAE's efforts in terms of international development, praising the notable development that is being witnessed by the bilateral relations in various fields.

The meeting was attended by Mohammed Saif Hilal Al Shehhi, UAE Ambassador to Canada, and Mohammed Sharaf, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for Economic and Trade Affairs.
