UAE Ambassador in Manama meets BCCI Chairman

The UAE Ambassador to Bahrain, Abdul Redha Abdullah Al Khouri, met with the Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Khalid Abdul Rahman Al Moayed, and members of the Chamber's board and executive management.

Al Moayed lauded the excellent political, economic and commercial relations between Bahrain and the UAE and said the Bahraini businessmen were appreciative of the UAE leadership and people's great support to Bahrain.

He called for a more active role of the UAE-Bahrain Joint Business Council to increase trade between the two countries which totalled US$140 million by September 2015.

The UAE Ambassador praised the strong fraternal ties between the UAE and Bahrain and emphasised the importance of co-ordination between the embassy and BCCI to provide all facilities to investors in the two countries.
