UAE Ambassador meets Armenian Parliament Speaker

The UAE's Ambassador to Armenia, Jassim Mohammed Al Qasimi, has met with Armenian Parliament Speaker Galust Sahakyan.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them in all fields between the two countries.

Sahakyan hailed the UAE's wise policies at global level, expressing his appreciation to the UAE's government and people for good treatment received by the Armenian community in the country.

For his part, Al Qasimi extended thanks to Armenia's Parliament Speaker.

He indicated that cooperation between the two countries in the international relations fields is existing and continuing, noting that there is a political consultations committee which holds meetings from time to time. 

UAE Ambassador also expressed the UAE government and people's appreciation to the Armenian community's contributions to the country's economic activities.

They also discussed changes in the Armenian Constitution, and issues related to the Middle East, as well as parliamentary cooperation between the two sides.
