About this service
It is a service that allows applicants to request an approval for obtaining a UAE driving license for staff members of missions accredited to the UAE. The license allows them to drive a vehicle after passing all required tests and examinations.

You will receive an SMS and email with a reference number to obtain the service from RTA Dubai.
Conditions of Use
- To be a member of the mission accredited to the UAE holding a consular or special card.
- Diplomats must not hold a driving license previously issued in their home country to be able to enroll in one of the authorized driving schools in the UAE.
