About this service

It is a service for exempting the mission and the accredited diplomats' residence from fees on documentation and rent contracts.

Service process

1. Register
   Enter the username and password
2. Submit a request
   Fill in all fields and attach all required documents
3. Confirmation email
   The mission will receive a notification about the application status and The service procedure is under review by the ministry.
4. The Ministry will initiate communication with the relevant authorities
   The customer will be notified of the status of the application, and in case of exemption, a notification will be sent to the customer to visit the rent documentation department, and the procedure is completed.

Conditions of Use

• The embassy and the head of the mission are exempted from the fees levied by the municipality.
• Members of the diplomatic mission are exempted in accordance with the principle of reciprocity.
• International organizations, regional offices, and their members are exempted as per the Seat Agreement.
