The issuance of a vehicle registration service is provided for missions accredited to the UAE. Please proceed directly to the Traffic and Licensing Department located at the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abu Dhabi to complete the procedures for vehicle registration renewal without the need for prior application.

This service is provided for missions accredited to the UAE, allowing them to request VAT registration for the mission and its accredited members per the principle of reciprocity.

The mission submits the request electronically through the Services for Foreign Missions on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After completing the procedures, a notification will be sent to the mission with the reference number to visit the diplomatic bodies licensing office at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to complete the remaining procedures.

Visit the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, click on Services for Foreign Missions, choose the "vehicle procedures" service, then select the required service. Fill out all fields, attach all required documents, and send the application.  MoFA will send a notification stating that the service is in progress. Upon completion, MoFA will send a notification with the reference number in order to visit the diplomatic bodies licensing office at the Ministry's Headquarters to complete the remaining procedures, or to report to the Integrated Transport Center to complete MAWAQiF procedures.

This service is provided for missions accredited to the UAE, allowing them to request facilitation of receiving, passing, or delivering diplomatic bags or parcels, along with cases of sending or receiving mission-specific items such as electronic devices and others, to ensure their passage as per the laws and procedures followed by UAE’s port security. The requests are referred electronically to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office’s visits section at Abu Dhabi Airport to speed up the procedure.

This service enables UAE citizens to obtain a digitally issued and attested "To Whom It May Concern" certificate through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website or smartphone application, without the need to visit a UAE mission or follow traditional in-person procedures. The certificate can be used when applying for study abroad or seeking medical treatment overseas.

"Twajudi" is a service provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) to facilitate communication with UAE nationals abroad, assist them, and coordinate their repatriation in case of an emergency or crisis.

The Department of Aviation and Navigation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues diplomatic permits for military aircraft and ships, presidential aircraft, and government delegations from friendly and allied countries. 6- Attach the entity's memorandum and the guest’s CV

'This service allows foreign missions to submit a request to visit Sentenced inmates (consular visit) to inmates in penal and correctional institutions in the country to provide consular services by applying through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

Procedures: Customer’s Journey:

1. Login to MOFA portal and start the service, then select the required sub-service type to initiate the request.

2. Fill/ Edit the required information and upload mandatory documents, then submit.

3. On completing and submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Sending all judicial requests received from foreign missions accredited to the country to the Ministry of Justice, and receiving all outgoing and state-related requests received from the Ministry of Justice, in order to send them to the country’s embassies abroad or diplomatic missions accredited to the country.

1. Log in to the Ministry's website or smart application.
2. From the Foreign Missions Services menu, select the International Judicial Assistance Service and click "Start Service" to submit the application.
3. Fill in all application fields and upload the required documents.
4. You will receive an SMS and an email with a reference number and details of your transaction.
5. If original documents are required, they must be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building.

This service is provided to diplomatic and consular missions and the offices of international and regional organizations accredited to the UAE that wish to cancel an airport entry permit.
