His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, received His Excellency Karamoko Jean-Marie Traoré, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Cooperation and Burkinabè Abroad of the Republic of Burkina Faso, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abu Dhabi.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides a dedicated suite of consular services designed to enhance the level of support and care for Golden Visa holders while they are abroad. These include the issuance of a Return Document in case of a lost or damaged passport, a hotline exclusively dedicated for Golden Visa holders, and extended assistance in emergencies, crises, and evacuation operations. The services also cover the coordination of procedures for the repatriation of the deceased Golden Visa holder’s remains to the UAE, in collaboration with the relevant health and official authorities, to facilitate and expedite the process and support the bereaved family.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has integrated its digital attestation service with the school certificate issuance service of the Emirates Schools Establishment in the UAE.

Digital Attestation is an electronic service provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for UAE-issued digital documents intended for use outside the United Arab Emirates. Customers can submit their applications digitally, and once the service has been completed; they can download the digitally attested document through the My Requests page on the Ministry's website.
