Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Latvia and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Lithuania H.E. Noura Mohammed Juma

H.E. Noura Mohammed Juma serves as the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Latvia and the Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Lithuania. She has built a distinguished diplomatic and professional career, during which she has held a number of senior positions within the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the diplomatic corps.

Throughout her diplomatic career, Her Excellency served as the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Finland. She also held the position of Consul General of the UAE in both Milan and Shanghai before assuming her current role as Ambassador to the Republic of Latvia and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Lithuania. In her current capacity, she works to strengthen bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and both the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Lithuania, while advancing cooperation across a broad range of fields, including political, economic, and cultural affairs.

H.E. Noura Mohammed Juma, holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, which she earned through the prestigious Chevening Scholarship awarded by the UK Government. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration (Banking) from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai.i.
