The Consulate General of the United Arab Emirates in Melbourne is carrying out Ramadan Iftar project, which is provided by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority.
As the consulate provides Iftar meals for Muslims in Victoria, and supervises the project throughout the holy month of Ramadan, as well as providing food baskets and Eid clothing.
This comes within the framework of the charitable and humanitarian work for which the UAE is known.
