The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates was opened in Manila in 1989, and it since has been contributing in the development of the relations between the two countries on both official and people-to-people levels.
The Embassy plays an active role in facilitating communication between the governments of the two countries, especially with regard to talks aimed to sign cooperation agreements.
It also implements and participates in many developmental, humanitarian and relief projects and programs, representing the government and institutions of the UAE.
The Embassy provides its services to UAE citizens and UAE companies in the Philippines, together with Filipino citizens or other nationalities wishing to visit, invest, study or work in the UAE, providing certification services and facilitating other consular affairs matters.
