His Excellency Ali Tatar, Governor of Duhok, received His Excellency Ahmed Hassan Suleiman Al Shehhi, UAE Consul General in Erbil, at the governorate headquarters in Duhok. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the UAE and the Kurdistan Region and ways to develop and enhance them in all fields. The Governor of Duhok praised the UAE's distinguished experience in all sectors, which has led to the UAE ranking among the top countries in hundreds of global performance indicators. The meeting also addressed strengthening cooperation between relevant authorities in the governorate and their counterparts in the UAE, particularly in the commercial, investment, and tourism sectors.
