Mahrah Ali Al-Shaya – Deputy head of mission in the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates to Romania, delivered a lecture at Cervantes Institute, in the Romanian capital Bucharest, on the values of tolerance, equity, and coexistence, that characterize the United Arab Emirates.
