Abdullah bin Zayed congratulates Netherlands FM on appointment, discusses bilateral relations
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, congratulated Caspar Veldkamp on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
During a phone call today, Sheikh Abdullah and Veldkamp discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them in a manner that serves the joint interests of both countries and their peoples.
Sheikh Abdullah conveyed his wishes for success to Caspar Veldkamp and expressed his eagerness to work with him to further develop cooperation that supports the developmental visions and aspirations of both countries towards achieving sustainable economic prosperity.
During the call, Sheikh Abdullah and Veldkamp also discussed the latest developments in the Middle East, as well as several issues of mutual interest.
