UAE Foreign Minister receives Argentinian counterpart

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has received Santiago Cafiero, Foreign Minister of the Argentine Republic, in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.

During the meeting, they discussed relations between the UAE and Argentine and ways to further develop cooperation across various domains, including food, agriculture and energy.

The two sides also discussed common interest issues and regional and international developments.

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah and Minister Cafiero highlighted the participation of Argentina in Expo 2020 Dubai and the importance of this prominent international event in strengthening ties between the two countries and stimulating global economic growth.

Sheikh Abdullah welcomed the visit of the Argentinian Foreign Minister, emphasising the importance of this visit in developing their relations at all levels to achieve their common interests.

The meeting was attended by Saeed Abdulla Saif Joula Alqemzi, UAE Ambassador to the Argentine Republic.
