H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed participates in advisory meeting of anti-terror Quartet.

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, yesterday participated in an advisory meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Egypt to discuss the fighting of terrorism.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of a meeting of the Arab Coalition Supporting Legitimacy in Yemen to announce a plan on comprehensive humanitarian operations in Yemen, and on support for the work of UN affiliated humanitarian organisations.

The meeting was part of the continuous consultation and coordination between the four countries on the Qatar crisis. The parties reviewed the latest developments on the issue and stressed the importance of continuing the coordination and close solidarity between the four countries in order to preserve Arab national security, to safeguard regional and international peace and security, to enhance the efforts to eliminate terrorism in all its forms, and to tackle those who support or finance it.

They also discussed other issues of common concern.
