Abdullah Saif Al Nuaimi, UAE Ambassador to South Korea, attended, on Thursday, a "UAE Day" event organised by the Korean International Trade Association, KITA.
Ambassador Al Nuaimi delivered a speech where he expressed his pleasure about the considerable interest of Korean businessmen in investing in the UAE. He also conducted a presentation about the UAE’s economic status and its investment environment.
On the event's sidelines, Al Nuaimi met with Kwon Seon-taek, Mayor of Daejeon, and they reviewed the potential of establishing co-operation ties with UAE cities.
Mayor Kwon praised the progressive ties between the two countries and expressed his hope that Daejeon will attract more tourists from the UAE.
