UAE supports Egypt's nomination for UNESCO Director-General post.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, MOFAIC, has affirmed the UAE Government's support for the nomination of Ambassador Moushira Khattab as Egypt's candidate for the Director-General post for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation, UNESCO, noting Khattab's expertise and capabilities that qualify her for this position.

The ministry highlighted the strong relations between the two countries, emphasising Egypt's outstanding contributions to human civilisation, and its leading role in promoting the scientific and cultural environment.
