Dr. Anwar Gargash highlights UAE's counter-terrorism efforts in Madrid lecture.
Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, has lauded UAE's progressive relations with Spain, thanks to the historic bonds and growing economic and investment cooperation.
Dr. Gargash made the remarks during a lecture at the New Economic Forum in Madrid, following a meeting with the Spanish Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs. Ildefonso Castro Lopez.
Dr. Gargash also highlighted UAE's efforts at both regional and international levels to combat terrorism. He emphasised the need for the international community to co-ordinate efforts to eradicate terrorism.
He indicated that the UAE has adopted an approach for regional stability and for providing humanitarian assistance to alleviate the suffering in different parts of the world.
Dr. Gargash also spoke about UAE leadership's keenness to empower women.
