UAE Ambassador to the United Kingdom presents credentials to Queen Elizabeth II.
Sulaiman Hamed Al Mazrouei has presented his credentials to Queen Elizabeth II as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the UAE to the United Kingdom in a ceremony at Buckingham Palace.
As part of an ancient tradition, Ambassador Al Mazrouei travelled from the UAE Embassy in London to the palace in a royal carriage. He, his wife and other UAE diplomats were received by the Queen.
During the meeting, the UAE ambassador conveyed to the Queen greetings from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Their Highnesses expressed their wishes for further progress and prosperity for the Queen and the people of the United Kingdom.
The Queen requested the ambassador to convey her greetings to Their Highnesses the President, Vice President and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
