Polish economy minister receives UAE ambassador

 Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Janusz Piechocinski, has received the new UAE Ambassador to Poland, Dr. Yousef Eisa Al Saberi, who was on a courtesy visit to mark the start of his tenure in the country.

During the meeting attended by a number of officials from the Polish ministry of economy, the two sides discussed the continuous efforts to enhance and promote cooperation between the Polish Economy Ministry and the UAE embassy as well as between the UAE and Poland in various spheres, the economy in particular.

Mr. Piechocinski hailed the excellent relations between the two countries and noted that the UAE is Poland's most important Arab economic partner.

He stressed that Poland relies on attracting Emirati investment to various sectors including real estate, construction, food industries, and promoting cooperation in sectors like IT, food manufacturing, telecommunications, renewable energy, ports and environmental protection.

Ambassador Al Saberi stressed that he will spare no effort to enhance economic cooperation between the UAE and Poland to serve the interest of both countries. He also noted that there is great and promising potential for enhancing cooperation in various spheres.

Mr. Al Saberi also noted that Piechocinski is the first Polish official he has met after presenting his credential as the UAE's ambassador to the European country.
