The mission files a request to exempt the mission and the accredited diplomats’ residence from fees on documentation and rent contracts. The ministry addresses the concerned authority for exemption from these fees. The customer visits MoFA's website, clicks on the municipal fees exemption service, fills out the fields, attaches the documents and sends the application. He/she then receives a notification regarding the status of the application. The application is examined by MoFA, which in turn addresses the competent authorities and notifies the customer about the status of the application. When the entity is exempted, the customer notified to visit the rent documentation department, and the procedure is completed.
