Entry to the United Arab Emirates for Israeli Citizens
Under the Mutual Visa Waiver Agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the State of Israel, Israeli citizens holding a valid ordinary passport do not require a visa for short visits to the UAE.
Israeli citizens may stay in the UAE for up to 90 days within a 180-day period, subject to UAE immigration laws and border-control procedures.

Long-Term Stay
The visa waiver applies to short visits only. Travelers intending to work, study, reside in the UAE, or travel for other regulated purposes must obtain the appropriate UAE visa or residence permit before travel.
Entry to Israel for UAE Citizens
UAE citizens holding diplomatic, special, official, or ordinary passports are exempt from visa requirements for short visits to Israel, subject to Israeli entry requirements.
Holders of ordinary UAE passports must obtain an ETA-IL approval before traveling to Israel.
