In the presence of His Excellency/ Mohamed bin Abdelkader, Minister of Justice of the Kingdom of Morocco, Mr. Issa Ali Al Balushi, Consul General of the State in El-Ayoun, attended the celebrations of the 45th anniversary of the Green March, and the celebration was presided over by Mr. Abdelsalam Bikrat, Wali of the Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra region.
