H.E. was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Turkey (2003) and Deputy Director of the Department of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States (1999).

In 1995, H.E. Alghaith moved to the Permanent Mission of the United Arab Emirates in Geneva to follow up the economic and trade negotiations of the World Trade Organization

Alghaith has Masters Studies in International Relations from the University of Amman, Bachelors of Management from Western International University and Diploma in Business Administration, Faculty of the "community of Pima", Arizona (United States) and Diploma in World Trade studies from World Trade Organization (Switzerland).
