- H.E. Abdalla Hassan AlShamsi is the Current Head of Mission and Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Uganda, resident in Kampala and non-Resident to Gitega-Burundi.
- Prior to his current position, H.E. AlShamsi was UAE's Consule General in Milan-Italy.
- H.E. holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Bachelor’s Degree in Political Philosophy and is well conversant with Arabic, English and French.
