H.E. Sultan Hayyai Al Mansoori has served as Consul General of the United Arab Emirates in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, since June 2026. He boasts a distinguished career spanning roles at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE's diplomatic missions abroad.
He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2013, where he served in the European Affairs Department until 2018. He was then posted to the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in the Republic of Cyprus, where he headed the Economic, Political, and Media Affairs Section until 2020. Upon returning to the Ministry's headquarters, he served in the Economic and Trade Affairs Department from 2020 to 2021, before being appointed Director of the Office of the Minister of State, a position he held from 2021 to 2026.
H.E. Sultan Hayyai Al Mansoori holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration From Abu Dhabi University.
