The site contains a list of the diplomatic staff in the Mission and the most important activities of the Mission in Geneva. Moreover, you will find detailed information regarding the participation of the United Arab Emirates in various activities within the United Nations, such as human rights, humanitarian affairs, environment, disarmament and peacebuilding, as well a to official statements that reflect the views and position of the UAE government towards UN issues. The also site also showcases a wide range of information about the United Arab Emirates, which allows the browser to see UAE history and culture, as well as the main socioeconomic and cultural achievements since the establishment of the United Arab Emirates on December 2, 1971. As Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the United Arab Emirates in Geneva, my task is to enhance my country’s role in the UN and to be involved in a the multilateral context with the members of the international community in order to achieve the noble goals of the United Nations in securing peace and development in the world.
