Economic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon continues to gain remarkable momentum. Between 2003 and 2016, the UAE was the leading source of Arab direct investments into Lebanon, with a total value of USD 7.8 billion—representing 64.8% of all projects during that period. In the first two months of 2025 alone, UAE exports to Lebanon reached approximately USD 132 million, while Lebanese imports to the UAE amounted to around USD 69 million by the end of February.
