H.E. Ambassador Fahad Salem Saeed Al Kaabi brings over two decades of experience in the diplomatic and consular fields, gained through a distinguished career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is widely recognized for his active role in strengthening bilateral relations, advancing constructive cooperation with partner countries, and enhancing the UAE’s regional and international presence.
He began his diplomatic career in 2002 as a Diplomatic Attaché at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and went on to assume several key leadership roles. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Director of the Office of the Assistant Minister for Political Affairs, followed by his appointment as Director of the Office of the Assistant Minister for International Organizations Affairs between 2013 and 2016.
In 2016, he became Director of the Office of the Minister of State for International Cooperation, a position he held until 2019, during which he contributed to expanding the UAE’s development and humanitarian partnerships on regional and global platforms.
He was later posted to the UAE Embassy in Beirut, where he headed the Political, Economic, and Media Affairs Section before serving as Chargé d’Affaires from 2019 until September 2025. On September 8, 2025, he was appointed Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Lebanese Republic and officially presented his credentials on November 6, 2025.
Ambassador Al Kaabi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UAE University.
