On Behalf of the UAE President, UAE Ambassador Attends Bicentennial Independence Celebrations of the Plurinational State of Bolivia

On behalf of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, His Excellency Ibrahim Al Alawi, Non-Resident Ambassador of the UAE to the Plurinational State of Bolivia, attended the official celebrations marking the bicentennial of Bolivia’s independence in the capital, Sucre, in the presence of His Excellency Luis Arce, President of Bolivia.

H.E. Al Alawi conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, to H.E. President Arce, along with their congratulations on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of independence, and their wishes for further progress and prosperity for the government and people of Bolivia.

For his part, H.E. President Arce conveyed his greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, and expressed his wishes for further development and growth for the government and people of the UAE.

H.E. President Arce expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation for the UAE’s participation in the bicentennial independence celebrations and also commended the progress of relations between the two countries, affirming his country’s aspirations to further strengthen cooperation across all fields.

The UAE’s participation in the independence celebrations reflects the deep friendship between the UAE and Bolivia, as well as the mutual commitment to advancing ties to new levels which serve the interests of both sides.
