UAE Ambassador Presents Credentials to President of Brazil

His Excellency Sharif Essa Al Suwaidi presented his credentials as UAE Ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil to His Excellency Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, President of Brazil. During the meeting, the two sides explored ways of enhancing cooperation between the two countries. 

H.E. Al Suwaidi conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, to H.E. President Lula, as well as their wishes for further progress and prosperity for the government and people of Brazil.

Furthermore, His Excellency expressed his pride in representing the UAE in the Federative Republic of Brazil, and affirmed his commitment to enhancing bilateral ties across various fields.

For his part, H.E. President Lula conveyed his greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, as well as his wishes for further development and prosperity for the government and people of the UAE.

H.E. President Lula commended the distinguished relations between his country and the UAE, and wished H.E. Al Suwaidi success in carrying out his duties. His Excellency affirmed Brazil’s readiness to provide all necessary support to facilitate his mission and further strengthen ties between the two countries.
