UAE supplies Al Jumhuriyah Educational Hospital in Aden with medical equipment.
The UAE, represented by its humanitarian arm, the Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has supplied the Al Jumhuriyah Educational Hospital in Aden with medical equipment and new intensive care unit beds.
On the occasion, Sultan Al Shamsi, ERC Representative, stressed that the UAE will keep supporting Yemen’s health sector as per the directives of the country's wise leadership.
Dr. Tariq Mazeeda, Deputy Director of the hospital, thanked the UAE, and the ERC, for its support for the hospital which has been going on since 2015.
The UAE has prioritised the Yemeni health sector, by refurbishing hospitals and health centres and supplying them with ambulances and tonnes of medicines, as well as by building a specialised orthopaedic surgery unit in the hospital.
