H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed mourns death of UAE Ambassador injured in Afghanistan terror attack.
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, mourned the death of Juma Al Kaabi, the UAE Ambassador to Afghanistan, who had been receiving medical treatment in one of the specialty hospitals in France.
Al Kaabi succumbed to his injuries sustained in a terrorist attack in Kandahar, Afghanistan, in January while on a humanitarian mission.
The minister praised Al Kaabi who had spent his life serving the homeland and sacrificed his life for the sake of a humanitarian cause as he was responsible for the UAE’s humanitarian projects in Afghanistan.
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed offered his heartfelt condolences to Al Kaabi’s family. He also prayed to Allah Almighty to rest his soul and to grant solace and patience to his family.
