1. The completion time for the issuance service by the Emirates Schools Establishment is: 3 days.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides all its services electronically through its website and smartphone application only. 

All customers can now submit all transactions related to MoFA’s attestation service through the Ministry’s official website www.mofa.gov.ae and the UAE MOFA smart application, upon fulfilling all terms and conditions.

MoFA Customer Happiness Centres are closed, in line with the directives of the UAE visionary leadership towards improving government services and customer experience.

No, the attestation service does not require uploading of any attachments. Only the original document must be delivered to the selected delivery companies.

· Copy of the father's passport

What are the required documents and procedures to issue a return document for a UAE national whose passport was lost while abroad?

Emirati nationals who lose their passport during their stay abroad must visit the nearest police station and file a report. They must then apply for a return document due to the loss of the ordinary passport abroad by logging in to MoFA’s Website or the smart phone application UAE MOFA via UAE Pass, and submit the following documents:

· A copy of the lost passport

· A personal photograph

· A copy of the passport loss report
