Her Excellency Noora Juma attended the opening ceremony of “The Powerhouse,” part of the Riga Waterfront initiative. During the ceremony, Mohamed Ali Alabbar, Chairman of Eagle Hills, presented the strategic vision for the restoration of Riga’s first historic power station located in the Andrejsala area.
