Her Excellency Noora Juma visited the Social Care Center “Ludza” in Ludza to review a heating system renovation project funded by the Emirates Red Crescent, aimed at improving living conditions for vulnerable residents.
During the visit, the Ambassador also met with His Excellency, welfare minister Reinis Uzulnieks to discuss opportunities for strengthening bilateral cooperation in the social sector and exploring future areas of collaboration between the United Arab Emirates and Latvia.
