H.E. Khamis Rashed Ahmed Lebsaili Alshemeili serves as Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Montenegro. His extensive diplomatic career includes positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, notably as Attaché in the Legal Affairs Department (2007–2012), Director of the Office of the Assistant Minister for Legal Affairs (2012–2014), and Acting Director of the Legal Affairs Department (2017–2018). Since 2014, he has served as Secretary General of the Council for Diplomatic and Consular Affairs Members.
H.E. Khamis Rashed Ahmed Lebsaili Alshemeili holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Dubai Police Academy.
