The Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Maldives, met with Mr. Mohamed Shareef, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Bank of Maldives (BML). The meeting focused on enhancing financial and economic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the Maldives, as discussions addressed opportunities to expand cooperation in the banking and financial services sectors, investment, and private sector participation. The meeting also provided an opportunity to explore areas of mutual interest that would support and develop bilateral economic relations between the two countries.
