Chargé d’Affaires at the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Maldives Heba Aljneibi

Heba Aljneibi serves as Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Maldives. She has built a distinguished career in diplomacy and international relations, complemented by extensive experience in political affairs, strategic security, and economic diplomacy.

Heba Aljneibi is the first Emirati diplomat to be appointed to both the UAE Missions in Oslo and London. Throughout her career, she has held several senior leadership positions, including Political Adviser in the European Affairs Department, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Oslo, and diplomatic assignments at the UAE Embassy in London. She also served as Deputy Director of the Office of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Aljneibi holds a Master’s degree in Strategic and Security Studies from the National Defense College, a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Zayed University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the United Arab Emirates University.
