The UAE delegation chaired by H.E. Hessa Abdulrahman Tahlak, Assistant Undersecretary for Social Development Affairs at the Ministry of Community Development and representatives from the General Women’s Union and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participated in the International Conference on Women’s Rights and Empowerment - Non-Aligned Movement which takes place in Baku, November 20-21, 2023.
